L&M Executive Travel will not be held responsible for any missed flights due to traffic conditions out of our control.

L&M Executive Travel will not be liable for missed flights due to adverse weather conditions and we have the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances.

It is your responsibility to provide L&M Executive Travel with the correct flight information and arrival dates, and if incorrect details have been given, we have the right to charge you.

We will allow 1 hour 15 mins from when the flight has landed. After this time, a charge of £5 per 15 mins will apply.

If you cancel your booking with less than 48 hours notice, we have the right to charge in full.
